Currently we are renting two bedroom apartments at Colonial Village which are pictured below. The units are carpeted, with full bathroom and there is a coin operated washer and dryer on the premisis. These units are on the bus line and are four miles from the Orono University campus and approximately two miles from Bangor. These units are located in a beautiful country setting. There is a dumpster for garbage removal, snow plowing and regular yard maintenance.
The units range between $775 - $800 for a monthly rent with a security deposit ranging between $875 - $900.
